Privacy statement

1. Who we are

JobFlexxSolution is a trade name of Vish Design and Develop B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 85988642, based in Amsterdam. We act as a data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we process

From candidates: name and address details, contact details, date of birth, CV, motivation, availability, and where required by Dutch labour law (Waadi/Wwft) an identity document.
From employers: company details, contact details, and correspondence.
From visitors: IP address, browser data, and visit statistics through cookies (see the cookie policy).

3. Purposes and legal bases

Performing a temp or placement agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Legitimate interests such as client contact and fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Consent, for example for job alerts (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Retention periods

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary. For candidates without an active placement we keep data for two years after the last contact moment, unless agreed otherwise.

5. Sharing with third parties

We only share data with parties where it is necessary, including our clients, payroll provider, and hosting provider (GoDaddy). We have data-processing agreements in place with all of them. We do not sell personal data.

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures. The site runs on HTTPS, forms use CSRF tokens, and uploaded files are stored outside the public web root.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, and to data portability. Send your request to [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

We may update this statement. The latest version always lives on this page.
