Terms and conditions

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, agreements, and services of JobFlexxSolution, a trade name of Vish Design and Develop B.V. (CoC 85988642). General terms of an employer are explicitly rejected.

2. Offers and agreements

Offers are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. An agreement is concluded once the employer accepts the offer in writing or by email.

3. Rates and invoicing

Rates are in euros, excluding VAT. Invoicing is weekly based on timesheets. Payment term: 14 days.

4. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid out by our business liability insurance in the relevant case, with a maximum of the amount invoiced in the three months preceding the damaging event.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties treat all confidential information as such and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.

6. Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
