Applicability
Our general terms and conditions apply to all our quotations, contracts and services, including Effecta Connect, Managed Services, advice and custom work. You receive the terms and conditions as an attachment with every quotation.
How to request them
Want to receive the terms and conditions in advance? Email info@effecta.nl and we will send them the same working day. A data processing agreement is also available for Effecta Connect and Managed Services.
