From plan to production

Tailored migration, with training and aftercare. And if it does not exist, we build it.

A new platform, a relocation, a merger or an integration nobody supplies: Effecta implements, migrates and builds. With a project manager who keeps the overview and engineers who stay until everything works, and keeps working.

What we do

Implement, migrate, relocate, build.

Implementation and migration.

Fully remote too.

Training for administrators.

Functional and technical, with weekly aftercare.

Relocation of telephony systems.

Physical and technical, including preparation and aftercare.

Project management.

For telephony, healthcare alarm and contact centre projects.

Custom software.

Widgets, integrations and applications based on SDKs and APIs.

An integration nobody supplies?

Then we build a widget or an application. A call logger with metadata, for example.

How we work

Prepare, carry out, follow up.

  1. 1

    Plan and risks.

The project manager maps out scope, dependencies and fallback scenarios.

  2. 2

    Build and test.

Configuration, integrations and custom work, tested before it goes live.

  3. 3

    Migration and go-live.

On site or remotely, outside peak hours, with a fallback scenario.

  4. 4

    Training and aftercare.

Administrators trained, weekly aftercare until everything works and keeps working.

More about implementation and custom work

Contact centre implementation with no surprises at go-live.

A contact centre implementation rarely goes wrong on the technology. It goes wrong on the things around it: a routing nobody had documented, opening hours that differ across three systems, an administrator who is on holiday on the day of the switch. That is why every project at Effecta starts with an inventory of what is there now, not only of what is to come. You cannot migrate what you do not know.

We plan the work outside peak hours and always with a way back. If the new platform does not do what it should on Monday morning, the old one is ready. That fallback option takes preparation, but it prevents an organisation from being unreachable for a day. After go-live we stay available until the administrators can manage on their own, and we measure that in weeks, not in a handover document.

Telephony migration: remote, on site or both

These days a telephony migration can largely be done remotely, even at large organisations. That saves travel time and makes it easier to work outside office hours. Where physical equipment is being moved, we are on site. Integrations that a supplier does not provide, we build ourselves using the available SDKs and APIs. View the available integrations, or read how we take over management after implementation if you want us to.
