Situation

A state-of-the-art system, but nobody to unlock what it could do.

Barbas Bellfires had bought a state-of-the-art telephone system. The supplier, however, did not help staff get to grips with its many software features. As a result, the system’s great potential, for data use in particular, went untapped.

Approach

Getting to know the system and opening up its applications step by step.

Effecta studied what the telephone system’s software and hardware could do. Step by step, we opened up the applications to staff, particularly for data collection, data analysis and putting that data to use in day-to-day work.

Result

Valuable data, and room for further digital steps.

The fire manufacturer now has valuable data it can use to keep raising the satisfaction of its international dealer network and end users. Barbas Bellfires is also in a position to consider next steps in digital innovation, such as a chatbot or a digital colleague.
